Dear Yule Cup Coaches, Judges, and Gymnasts,
Joyce and
I, along with all of Region 2, would like to express our extreme gratitude and
excitement for you coming to Yule Cup. We are looking forward to watching you
perform. We have quite an array of gymnasts and it should be quite a show.
Please find
attached the schedule. Changes WILL NOT be made for airline schedules! Also, if
one session ends early, the next will start early.
Some
further points…
The FIG has put out a new newsletter
(#22). We will be judging by these
new
rules. Please make sure that you have read them. This will take place
for levels 9-10.
The JO program (level’s 7 & 8) will also follow the new FIG rules, but
still follow the JO guidelines as to the number of elements, etc. Level 8
may only have 12 difficulties and Level 7 may only have 10 difficulties.
This
includes all difficulties used for artistry and difficulties.
There will be a coaches meeting at
8pm on Friday at the host hotel. Please
look
for signs for where.
There is a change in the directions
from I-5 northbound. Please see the
attached
map for the corrections. The correction is at the end.
Technical and Artistic forms must be
in by January 13, by 8pm at the
coaches
meeting. No forms will be accepted the day of the meet.
NO
FAXES!! If you can get them to us earlier, that would be great.
You
can still make Yule Cup teams, up to the beginning of the
competition for that level on Saturday. No
teams will be accepted on
Sunday.
Remember that CD’s must only have
one track on them.
